Notes on adhesive labels

⑴ According to the type, grade, quality of the labeled object, the characteristics of the pasting surface, the use environment and the requirements of the user, etc. If you want to use a label made of polypropylene adhesive label with good transparency attached to the transparent bottle, it can produce a fashion feeling without a label, which can improve the grade of the product and stimulate consumers' desire to buy. The flexibility, shrinkage, opacity, processing characteristics and labeling characteristics of PVC film are very good, and the color is bright, with the role of promotional goods.
⑵ The surface of the film sticker must be smooth and dense, uniform in density, consistent in color, and good in light transmittance to ensure uniform ink absorption of the film and small color difference of the same batch of printed products.
(3) The thickness of the adhesive label should be uniform and the strength index should be qualified. The printing pressure applied in the printing process is related to the thickness of the adhesive. If the thickness is uneven, the printing pressure is not uniform, which will lead to the writing or ink color of the label printed matter. If the film strength is too poor, the tension of the film during the printing process is difficult to control, which will have a great impact on die cutting and waste discharge.
(4) The adhesive label should be smooth and the rewinding tension should be uniform. Good flatness, printing can be correctly transported, run, register and winding. The rewinding tension of the film should be uniform and appropriate. If the tension is too small, the film substrate is relaxed, and the vertical and horizontal overprinting is not allowed; if the tension is too large, the substrate shrinks laterally, the color is unstable, and it is difficult to print normally.
The film type adhesive label also has corrosion resistance, aging resistance, does not fade, shrinkage, expansion ratio of small characteristics. Such as poor corrosion resistance, easy aging, fading, the label is not durable, but also affect the sale and use of goods. If the shrinkage and expansion ratio is large, it will not only affect the overprint accuracy during printing, but also cause the label to deform during use, affecting the sale and use of the product. In particular, the label of high-end goods should try to avoid the embarrassing situation that the goods have not expired and the label has aged (label aging includes plastic aging and ink fading and other reasons). If necessary, the plastic or label shall be subjected to aging resistance test to test its performance.
The optional sticker should also maintain good stickiness within the validity period.
